I've recorded the van with that chassis number AHJ08427A on it before as an 1899-19V trim line (Jade green with black trim), bucket seat, 253 4spd example so has a ? next to it as a possible Sandman ie I can't rule it out from the numbers, but you'd think if it was he'd say so. You would want to have a look at it before buying.
