i was under the impression that the C codes came in with the commodores to replace the V codes and have a different, finer grain in the same colour?

C is not Cloth, it was introduced later in the HZ.

I purposefully did not put up the names of the colours (I said that in the original post) - because the names changed over time and between series.

Remember the trim code is a combination of the trim 'set'. Not just seats but carpet, handbrake cover, gear shift knob, fascia, headlining etc.
So the code told you what the whole colour set would be in the car.

The difference between 63C and 63V in the combination was the inclusion of Dark Buckskin to replace Black on some items in the car.
I do not have a comprehensive table of all models so there is no point in putting up the info just yet. I'm sure we will see more detail in Byron's book though

Where do i find one of these hz parts catalogue from you speak of blocker still trying to find info on crash pad,console and carpet colour have been told it should all be buckskin like my trim bar carpet should be black any help would be greatly appreciated
