Found this the other day trolling along. Says 'Rare' but I've never heard of Holden doing a barn door? I've seen a few attempts and this one looks like a good job.
It is windowless and has stripes, but I'm not sure about the specs for an HQ Sandman..? ie blackouts etc.

Afaik the doors aren't factory, but you could option any van as C32 - delete endgates for this exact purpose.

Don't you think if it was a police fleet car more would have been seen by now?
Looks more like a custom as a delivery car, or a Ford diehard owned it once.

ID plates are now on the ad. It is a bench seat 202 auto 3.36 Belmont van. Glacier with Grey trim. Pretty rare combo.
