I guess it would be difficult to determine if the rails were bent from that impact. Seeing as the rest looks reasonable that repair if body only wouldnt be to dramatic.

i think thats meant to be chamois interior.
I think that would be a fairly large job. rails and 1/4 plus all the internals etc and the b-pillar looks battered
