As "Innuendo" suggested I thought I would post some info about my VZ.

I purchased it a few years ago from a guy in Perth with only 17k km's on the clock.
It is a VZ maloo (auto, 6L) with canopy (and HSV tub liner) that has had the Maloo and HSV badges removed apart from side skirts. The rims are VY senator and are colour coded to the two tone grey of the bumper/sideskirts etc. The remaining badges, as well as the tail lights have been darkened. It is also fitted with a genuine VZ GTO front.

The story I was told was that it was ordered to be used as a promo vehicle by a dealer when the GTO Monaro model was updated/released with the new bonnet. Apparently when he bought it, it had HSV stickers all down the side but they were removed. I have never confirmed the story as it was not the reason I bought the van. The reason why I purchased it was that it was in brand new condition, immaculate inside and out as one would expect given the km’s. And of course still is.

Sounds like a neat thing, looking forward to seeing some nice pictures of it.
Is it 2006 model or very late 2005 build?

Its a 2005 I cannot remeber what month off the top of my head i will have to check when i get home.

Having trouble uploading phots it keeps saying "upload failed" with a little orange Icon, I have tried making files smaller and saving them with different file extensions with no luck!

That looks quite trick with the GTO front and Black and Charcoal paint. Neat unit, sure to turn some heads.

I don't mind the Pontiac GTO style nose but I can't get to like the side indicators.
It's a Yank design rule requirement and it is ugly.

can someone tell me if the tail gates have a seal on the V series vans if we buy one we would like to remove the window but dont want to drive a van full of exhaust fumes. thanks
