    Hello All,
As many of you may be aware, we have arranged 2 laps around the GP circuit. Unfortunately, there was a misprint by the GP venue management in their email to us, and what should have been $45 per vehicle, was quoted to us at $45 per person. After calling them today to advise this won't be going ahead due to lack of numbers, they clarified they'd made an error and have granted us an extension for bookings.
    Updated Details are as follows:
Cost: $45.00/vehicle (maximum of 2 persons/vehicle). Additional people in vehicle would be $30.00 each. Pre-Paid by 12/4/11 into VCV bank account.
    Minimum: 50 x vehicles
Timing 10.30- 11.00am: Registration commences Visitor Centre - (Indemnities need to be completed)
Circuit: 11.00am move from VC to gate 7 entrance to track to complete 2 x laps - maximum 80kph
Activity completed and exit venue: 11.45am
GP Management will supply lead driver and staff member at rear to control speed.
We need pre-payment in total by 12/4/11 as venue has to roster staff plus we need to pre-pay to the circuit to guarantee the booking.
    VCV Bank details are:
BSB: Van Council of Victoria, CBA BSB - 063 250, Account No. - 00901315
Please remember to quote "yr name+GPcircuit" in your payment so we know how many vans are booking.

Those who have already paid the original amount will be contacted by the committee for a refund or other use of the extra money paid.

We apologise for any confusion and hope that you will all make use of this great opportunity.

Please also pass this info to anyone you know who is s coming to the nats...

    Cheers Agro.

yeah at this stage it seems that i'll be on my own for the trip to nats... one or two in VCSA are doing a great ocean rd cruise a few days before nats and the others, well, their vans are not on the road at the minute.

hopefully someone like ambientgoat will decide to come along and get some 'inspiration'

either that or mr mook will be ready in time

    Hey Sean
We are coming down as soon as work permits, but will be there for Friday as we are booked to stay thurs, fri, sat, sun, and then come to you, we will travel back either on Anzac day or the day after...are you coming over to stay a night at Nats too....? If it continually rains we may come Sun night, weather forecast doesn't predict too much rain though...

    Cheers J
