As much as this is terrible news, I cant help but think what American armed forces are doing in other parts of the world. Drones are dropping bombs on cities day and night where innocent people, men women and children are living a far greater nightmare probably on an hourly basis.
Im sick of the western media using scare tactics and fear mongering to portray themselves as the innocent bystanders when the truth is the opposite. Its all poor me crap.

My rant might come across as heartless, (and i do hope everyone is ok in Boston) but the one incident in America is a drop in the ocean when it comes to the misery and horror some people are facing on the other side of the world. You dont hear of those stories in mainstream media.

Well you got my attention but have to disagree with you if the other country got out of there trees and became civilised the yanks would have no reason to bomb other places

Other countries are happy to be left alone and not be invaded by people who have no business being there in the first place. If someone stormed into your house wanting you to be a different person or change your ways, brutalize your family, would you stand for it? Would you let them have their way with you? Or would you grab the closest weapon to defend everything you hold sacred. Even if the closest weapon is a rock.

Sometimes the shoe on the other foot scenario is too often dismissed.

Be sure the yanks arent there to make them happy, civilized people. Theres a profit to be made and they want it. And there is money to be made in war.

Yes religion plays a part...because lets face it, my sky god is better than your sky god. Yep, thats a whole other story.

Also agree, all this craziness has to stop. Humanity has a long way to go before we decide not to destroy ourselves. Seems we arent learning from our past mistakes.
