I found a NOS heater core at a good price.

The old front and old battery tray in place a a travel front to the spray painters. One step closer to starting

Finally hunted down some rain sills for above the doors, these are very hard to find so dont lose them!





All cleaned up and ready for spraying

Time to get the seat in for its trip to spray





Had to get the rest of the gauges in so on start I could bed in the new cam and I had to know the RPM.

thanks for the advice, My painter is very good at looking after things, saying that I have new lens to put on all the gauges after I get it back, also the other bits will go in them ally radiator, rest of the braided lines, rest of the chrome stuff etc

The cabin is all painted so there is no reason to have an Ooops in there

Yep its a ripper but it did share the load with another 125mm cheapo that did give up its life for the project and a 4" Makita that hacked away at some impossible tasks

On a note watch those wire wheels and loose clothing, I got caught or wrapped a round the grinder a few times, no damage but does scare the crap out of you.
