Original Overlander conversion used a 1.125" bore master cylinder to drive the bigger Dana brakes. If this Stato body is a bit crook all the running gear will fit easily into a HQ-WB ute, van or tonner (tonner will need longer rear tailshaft). Hardest part is cutting the sedan/coupe/wagon/statesman chassis part out of the commercial chassis and welding in the same part off this chassis (you could leave the engine, box, front diff etc in the half chassis whilst doing it). Then simply bolt the Dana rear diff under the commercial rear leaves - Haywood used ute/van rear springs under the Statesman and Wagons in the identical place to where they sit on a ute/van chassis. Cut/modify the floor for the transfer case sticks and bolt the ute/van or tonner body on. Voila, a 4x4 Sandman replica! My Overlander tonner used to sit the same as this, it just had slightly smaller tyres (275/70/16 instead of 33"). Only problem with this one is it only has a Dana44 rear diff, originals had a Dana60. They must have bought the kit off Haywood minus the axles and just got some Blazer or Jeep Cherokee axles to use.
