Hi all just got a donor van and the motor is a 253 the numbers are 1E9 ZR33451 i don't know if its any good to anyone ,it also has reconditioned by Armidale Motors on the tappet covers .hope it may help someone out.

Is it a late HZ van? If so it is probably the original motor. Can you send me the van's details? I record late HZ engine numbers against chassis and vin as there are no records for HZ past 6/78.
