Hj sandman numbers

My father bought a brand new HJ 308 sandman which was black with white stripes

Is anyone aware as to how many HJ sandmans were made in these colours

Nope. Black is relatively common in HJ on Sandmans still around today, and if stripes were fitted they'd always be white.

Was your Dad's Sandman a ute or a van? Do you still have any old rego papers with an engine or chassis no. or both?

It was a panelvan

I have a few photos of it but the rego isn't that clear

My best guess is ITA 507 or 587

No other details on the vehicle unfortunately

Reason I asked is I have a few recorded. Did it have 60A, 60V or 18V trim?
