This car was a genuine 13,000 mile car and the engine bay on the van looks comparable in the pics....even though I would like to see it in the flesh to be more confident

Both the master cylinders are replacements in this one. They shouldn't have needed replacement and even if they did you recondition not replace.
My FB has 38,000 miles and It has full service history. I know everything from purchase to today including receipts. I also know of others that also carry their full history.

I'm not saying it can't be a genuine 22,000 mile Van. I'm saying I doubt it (very much). More than happy to be proven wrong. I love a survivor.

The seller actually states that the booster was replaced along with the water pump so he seems to be being honest.... The white HR had its booster reconditioned and all 4 wheel cylinders replaced... In most peoples eyes both of these cars are still original... Even in concours and survivor class judging there is some allowance for wear and tear components to be replaced due to the ravages of time...

Sounds like you have a nice FB..... So when you say you have full service history are you talking as per the manufacturers recommendation ie every 6 months or 2,000 miles by a qualified service centre..... Or you just keep a log every time you change the oil, grease the front end etc.... If its the latter can you really call it full service history

There is no concours judging on early Holden's (Well FE to HR anyway). I attempted to get this up and running with others with correct knowledge and nobody showed any real interest. The people who know and understand their favoured models and are respected in their area and can wade through "myths" and can substantiate proof from GMH literature. Items would be put forth to a current concours board for acceptance or denial. Simply, the ravages of time still require correct authentic parts to be installed for maximum points and concours recognition.

I agree things can be replaced and substituted on original vehicles, but if you make a claim about only 22K or whatever without documented proof it has to be taken with a gain of salt. Especially if obvious parts are wrong when compared to what came from factory.

It includes authorised dealer service stamping, receipts and logs from the purchase date.
