I saw a beaut HZ KIngswood ute on the weekend

I spotted this at Tocal on Sunday. Looked basically as new. A Nocturne blue with 23C trim, L31, M41, U17 dash, console shift and buckets example with N67 wheels. I think it had air too as the windows were green tint. It was a CHZ Elizabeth car, so 1979 build. Not sure if it was TH400 or TH350 (will be TH350 after about 5/79). This is a car i'd love to own, looks like it is less than 5 years old. I'd assume it had steer too as I think in 1979 steer was mandatory with L31 M41 on a Kingswood. I did take some iphone pictures. One thing that stood out as wiered but itis original is the U17 dash with the blue steering wheel. On my Premier the wheel doesn't stand out as much as the silver fascia is in your face, but with the black HZ fascia it really stands out.

This ute could be "nocturne" on the forum, same colour and engine, wouldn't be to many left in that combo.cheers

as soon as I read this thread I thought it maybe nocturne's too..if it isn't his is as good as this one I could tell you if I saw pics Byron.....
