Maybe? You can still turn up the gauges. Places like www.jhp.com.au and you see them on ebay fairly often.
You just have to make sure you get the right style to match the dash model. Early ones are VDO single 2" gauges, later versions are made in Australia and are two combined gauges.
Binnacle pods vary between non climate control dashes and those with. Most VZ did have climate control and you can easily pick these with the second LCD display above the factory radio LCD.
