I would have some shot right on top of the Sandman's but not online. I'll have a dig for it if your keen.

That's awesome. Definitely have to put that on the list of places to go.

There were a series of really detailed photos on this site a few years ago. Might still be on here if you search.
Here is the link. Photos are gone sadly. http://www.mysandman.com.au/forums/s...etails?p=15967

No, 202 and discs didn't become standard on HJ ute and van until March 1976 update (basically the same time the new paint colours were released in HJ and LX release, continued into HX). Prior to that 202 and discs were standard on Kingswood ute, 173 and drums on Holden ute and van (Sandman got M22).

This one was a guaranteed 202, M22, 3.55 with drums. I've got the ID plates off it.

Will check, might have mislead with the gearbox above. HJ Sandman should be standard with M20, it is HQ that got M22 as standard on 6cyl commercial if 4spd specified.

VERY rare to find a HQ 6cyl commercial with a 3.05:1 M20. Normally they are the 3.74:1 M20 (not called M22 until late in HQ). I don't think you could even option the normal M20 unless special build, I think even the HQ Sandman brochure has this screwed up.
