It's not unlike the Monaro nationals where they judge by class. Like you can have the worlds best HK Belmont Monaro with 4 wheel drum brakes etc.
It's not about being the best optioned from factory. Everyone has it's place. Once you have the best in each category, you then fight it out for best overall Sandman.
