Well I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking at as far as "if it's a Sandman".
But forgetting that, I know I'm looking at one horny HQ Panel Van.

Love the stance, general look and trim etc.
I don't hate that colour green, but probably wouldn't be my first choice either.
They don't get any tougher looking than a HQ Van set up correctly.
