I have used both, acrylic is much easier to fix mistakes, 2pack does look too shiny and have too much orange peel, my next paint job will be clear over base which is a single pack base/colour coat with 2pack clear over the top which will then be colour sanded and polished before it cures too hard. Usually within 1 to 2 days after spraying. Acrylic can be left for quite a while after painting before colour sanding and polishing.
