Yes but it wasn't in the league of those two I mentioned, and as far as I am aware all the bits on it were just trials for regular production for the 1964 cars, and the engine was a standard 179 coupled with the manual box (others at the time were auto only I think). The HR 186S had performance items: carb, inlet, exhaust headers, cam, bearings, valves and valve springs, plus a 3.55LSD. 186S also retained the forged crankshaft after normal red 6's went to cast crankshaft earlier in 1967.
The X2 that followed in HD and into HR was also an upgraded engine that would dust off an EH S4 in a straight line but it didn't go anything like a HR 186S 4spd.
