Isn't the SLE grille the same as GMH used on the prototype HJ Caprice (as seen at the Echuca Holden Museum) ?? Or is my memory completely shot . . I haven't been there for quite a while.

Same/similar to that '75 HJ GTS coupe that Leo made into the LE prototype. It is possible that the SL/E grille was designed for the LE but not used, i'll ask Leo.I never thought of that before.
