Money seems about right. Nice condition and super rare vehicle.
It's got the 1970's fuglyness going on with the colour and stripes.

Time will tell but I think $38k is possibly too high. I struggled to get $10k for mine, and although it wasn't a Sandman it wasn't a HX either and it was a rarer Overlander being a cab chassis. There have been a few of these for sale for that sort of money for a few years now. Personally I think $25k max would pull it up.
