Hi,
I'm trying to track down my old Sandman Ute , do you have a data base of ID numbers that i could use. I have an old set of rego papers that have the eng & chassis no's , the rego has changed (i still have the original plates)..

Put up the engine and chassis numbrs and i'll see if I have it.

Eng # QR686745 Chassis # BHJ09933M , not sure if that means much , Rego Papers have it as a Holden Belmont
Any help would be appreciated..

I notice that you are in Perth , ten years ago this ute was in Gosnells , repainted Blue , with a rego of "TON308" , the guy probably does not even realise its a Sandman , never had the decals on it. If you see anything , im keen..

Had a setback today , the fellow i was relying on to track the Rego advised that he could not do it (outside reasons) , other than finding a Mr Plod and i don't really know any friendly ones , what other way would there be to track an old vehicle ??
Any ideas would be great..

an ex plod close to me suggested calling the fuzz or dept of lic and implying that said vehicle ran into you and you need their details to lodge a claim.

ive seen that ute. i always remember vehicles that have plates that dont seem to match the car.
