HZ van Parting out

Hi all.
Before I list any of the items on the bay and the tree I thought I'd let our community know what's here first.

I have a HZ van I've been pulling apart for bits and pieces.
This is its details.

Model HZ8WM70
Body. 423903-A
Trim. 1041-67V
Paint. 568-4511
Eng. L20 trans M15
O8 /78

It has a prem front end with GTS Gaurds. One I think is a weld in 1 is original. All still on the van.

Has a 308 Auto in it was running straight gas. Haven't been started in about 5 years but was driven to where I bought it from.

Have all the instruments (not GTS )
Has a Deville Dash pad in awesome condition no cracks or damage of any kind.
Doors are pretty rooted with rust but may be good for bits n pcs.

What colour and grain on the daspad?
If you don't want the tags eg leaving on when you scrap it, i'd like them for my collection if you can

Is the interior still the original Tan (67V)???

Does it still have all the locking hardware for both the upper and lower tailgates? and the upper tailgate struts?

What condition are the taillight lenses and surrounds and the rear quarter indicator/reflectors?

Is the shell god enough to make a trailer out of? Not that I really need another project, but I do have to deliver a car to Huskisson at some stage and it'd be a shame to come home with an empty truck.

Hey Nelan, mate the body has more rust than all your cars put together!!

After I cut out the side panels I need I'm not sure what will keep the rest of it together...

I'll look over what your after in the next few days.
The upper tailgate lock I'm keeping and the lower one has already been snapped up ATM.
Struts are there ill check their condition for you.
Lenses are there also so will take a good look at them and let you know.
Also the interior is non original and has a wood grain instrument panel surround.
Dash pad is Black but on closer inspection tonight it seems to have been originally tan and from a Deville Stato.

I dunno, I pulled a HQ sedan out of a paddock down in Belowra that really threw my rust average a good curve ball. Had some good parts on it though so it was worth the bottle of scotch and a bit of diesel to go get.

Ahh bugger :/ both my upper and lower locking mechanisms - including the latches are playing up on me and will lock but won't open :/ haha

If you have the struts, and they're in good nick, I'd be interested... I've been using a rake handle lol

Same with the taillight and quarter light stuff, I have literally none to suit HQ-HZ.. Yet I have about 4 sets of WB taillights haha

As for the interior, I'm not sure if I'm gonna go back to the original trim or go black like the ute :/ So I'll leave it for the moment.. Thanks anyway
