I'm reasnobly sure I read somewhere that in SA you can't remove the tags with some clause about having a bloody good reason to do so.
I'm unpicking a rusted out cowl and putting on a good one which I'd class as a bloody good reason, but yeah, do your own research and make your own opinions.
