It'd be a great one to get if the van body is any good, sell the van shell to someone who wants a van and stuck a ute body on it as they are a lot easier to come by than good van bodies. In this appication a HQ chassis is a real bonus as it means you can stick a SB or BB Chev in it.

I just looked closer, body looks pretty r00ted, and it only has a Holden 10-bolt in the back (probably 3.55), probably a 3.54:1 Chev Corporate 10 bolt in the front so not Dana diffs. Hence not worth half the asking pice.
