In the more details description it says turbo350, with original style GTS dash and column shifter. Ie not original sandman I'm guessing. Says Hj, but dash looks WB sports

If I'm not wrong it could also be an original single light front cut out for quad lights? A popular mod before imports were available.

Could be, but imports were around in the late 80's when quad noses were still relatively common so my guess would be an import nose panel.
