Yeah I saw that on eBay. You would want to get them for about $50 to make it worth building a HX Sandman from that few parts. Screams dodgy to me. That's not a re-shell. There is nothing of the original car left.
That's what car thieves do, not car restorers. Cut the chassis number out and swap the one that matches the tags, swap the tags and wow, now we have a XX7 van.
