Hi ,
Is an xu3 hz with 2 seating cap and rating of 2200kg a sandman please?

all XU3 that i have seen are 2200 kgs only.....

where as XX7 can be 1800 kgs, 1860 kgs, 1950 kgs, 2000 kgs 2155 kgs, and 2200 kgs/

my guess that the ratio of XX7:XU3 would be 25:1

2155kg also for HJ-HX 6cyl XU3. 2200kg is V8 XU3.

Sandmans left today my guess based upon what i've got recorded is ratio of not derated GVW Sandmans to those with lower GVW would be about 35-40:60-65. Counting only those after 10/75 it'd be about 1:100. Remember that the non-derated Sandman package was around from the start of Sandman production through to late 1979 but the de-rated variety only existed from late in 1975 through to late 1979, so 4 years versus nearly 6.
