Probably cracked the chassis at some stage and replaced it.
This van was a new one to me, the replacement chassis no. wouldn't be a problem unless you want to do a concourse restoration but given the running gear is gone this isn't the car for that option. If I bought it an EFI motor and auto would be the go along with a repaint then drive the wheels off it.
Auction was ended because of an error in the listing so expect it back on ebay with Sandman in the title and another 5k added to the buy it now
