The only thing it has going for it is the tags. The tags belong to that body legally. The chassis has been replaced and the original engine is long gone.
So really all your buying is the tags and a rusty panel van shell. It is now known and swapping tags is a no, no. Even if you do, you would still only have a non numbers matching "once it was a Sandman honest" panel van.

I don't see the attraction. "If" it had it's matching number chassis then being a L31/M21 the appeal and value might well be there.

As it sits, $1800 was about fair to the right person - maybe!

It will be extremely easy to over capitalise on this wreck.
