Did he tell you what he paid?
Hasn't got any GTS gear on it. No sign of blackouts, door handles aren't black. Rusty rivets on the Id plate are a worry. I wouldn't be suprised if it was an older rebody already

Well they only managed to squeeze an extra $225 out of it by changing the listing so maybe some people took the good advice spread around the site!
