Looking for HZ Flamenco Red Panelvan ID

Gday can anyone help with the ID of this Van. It was in WA until mid 2013, with real good body, Flamenco Red, but poor drive line
    Model: H28WM70
    Trim: 192663V
    Paint: 56830517
    Engine: L32
    Trans: M20
    Axle: GV4
    GVW: 2000
    Seating: 2
    8M70RJL427425Z
    Body: 427425-A
    Year: 10/78
    It has full hood lining

Does the front bumper have a rubber insert, or was it an option?
Any ideas for either 7" or 8" GTS Rims
    Thanks
    Dean

I'm not sure what your asking?
Are you wanting to find the car or decipher the tags?

    Paint: 56830517 = Flamenco Red
    Trim: 1926 63V = Buckskin Vinyl
    Engine: L32 = 253ci V8
    Trans: M20 = Aussie 4 Speed
    Axle: GV4 = 3.36:1 Salisbury 10 Bolt

    10/78 Assembled in Adelaide.

The chassis number should match the tag.

Not 100% sure what the deal was with the bumper rubber. I see equal amounts. I thought it was a Premier/Statesman thing?

Rally/GTS rims were only ever 14x6" on Sandmans from factory.

    It is an Elizabeth PSN.

2000kg GVW is unique to 1978-9 build HZ XX7 van.

No rubber strips on Sandman bars.

Being 10/78 it will have had alloy N67 rally rims, 14x6.
