    Bullbar for Hilux

I bit the bullet and bought a steel bar for my Hilux. I didn't want to do it but really need a front tow hitch for pushing my trailers aound. They are so cheap now for a premium steel winch bar, that is this weekend's job to fit it. I'll probably but a 9500lb Dyema rope winch for it too to drag cars up my driveway, they are cheap as chips too, around $499 complete with remote control.

The bar was $850 and the double front tow hitch (basically a removable towbar hitch each side) was $350, including delivery. Looks very much like an ARB bar except for the square holes for the tow hitches.

How many trailers do you have to need a front tow hitch? Certainly has to make it easier

I can't back my car trailer up to my house garage, it has to be pushed. Same for getting my box trailer up the side of my house, easier to push it.

Should have bought a tuff 5 poster HK. Actually I have the ARB one on my hilux. It's better than I expected. Hit a roo at 120 a while ago and all that happened was a driving light popped out.
Why can't you use your bobcat to push your trailers?

The bar is from Powerful 4x4, but Roo Systems sell the same bar. Just that Powerful had them on special on Saturday.

A car trailer with a car on is too heavy for a Bobcat, as will be the box with 750kg of stuff in it. The bucket and front ram is only rated for about 400kg, if you overload them they can crack.
