Door Hinge compound?

Non hardening windscreen sealer or mastic.

I've used a brush on seam sealer, I think it was U-pol brand. It's basically thinned down drip check!
It ends up very similar to the compound that you originally find between door hinges and the body, just brush it on thinly and bolt together.
