    Rodney either drilled, or the little holes were already there on our yellow van and it's a good idea to do this in my opinion

    Just remove the gutters all together.

    They look bloody terrible, and you get wet when the windows down, The small hole would help stop the drips whilst driving, yet still let the water drain when parked.
    My one memory was being towed home in the rain, after buying my van (Flat towed with a rope..............it was the early 90's), with water running out of the 1/4 inch holes (OK I may be exaggerating, but they were big) onto me!
