Not a bad looking van!!! still some work to do But...would cost a lot more than 15 to get to that point?? I don't like all the gear on the bonnet, nice colour.
Require 10% non refundable deposit within 2 days and cash on pickup
Not likely!
HQ Glacier White Belmont Ute
Wanted Lanspeed accessories for Holden Grey engines, twin carb manifolds, extractors, rocker cover, 3 speed floor shift.
I kind of agree with him asking for a deposit, every second car i sell on ebay gets sold 2 or 3 times before it gets picked up not because the bidder comes out and its not what they expect but rather they bid and dont make any contact, and to get your money back through ebay is a pain both parties have to consent to the sale falling through before you get your money back and even then you lose the listing fee, if both parties dont accept the transaction as void, ebay takes about a week to cancel the transaction, i hardly even bother getting the refund anymore it holds up the sale of the vehicle and in the end if your selling it you just want it gone, if you want the car, pay the deposit, when your talking money like this you should have checked the car out before bidding anyways so a deposit shouldn't be a problem you know what your buying.
haha i hate ebay but i cant stop using it!!!
I find that perfectly acceptable. You go and look before bidding if you don't agree. Your winning bid is not a chance to look and make up your mind.
I don't like the crap all over the bonnet either. That said the bonnet is rooted. Looks like it has flipped when driving, it's bent and that is also the likely repair on the guard.
So the deposit is a waste of time really. It won't stop someone bidding and not paying. They just don't pay the deposit either.
That's why gum tree works. Classified site so people know what you actually want for it. I have sold everything I have listed on gumtree. I have sold bugger all on eBay.
Yeah they are. But gumtree is a classified site and eBay is an auction site.
