wouldn't think so theres two plates of steel sandwiched together there, even without the sealer (mines been sandblasted off) its still watertight ive just had a look at mine it would be very hard to get any water through there, unless theres a rust hole below the cracked sealer, did you check the drain pipes? that there not blocked or split?
