Wow what a true visionary. Hes taken something worth something, added on something worth nothing, and made his something + something = less than he started for both.... Wonder what the mathematical equation for the money spent would look like?

Something like, x$ + Y$ = - XY$

Nah.... XY's are still bringing big bucks.... ;)
