The clock in the centre of the instrument cluster was only a standard factory-fitted item on HQ Statesman DeVille model & the limited edition 25th Anniversary Premier sedan. All other HQs had the emblem only.
It was however available as a genuine Nasco accessory kit, for the selling dealer to install (or anyone else capable for that matter).
