Does anyone have a pair of front doors they would like to sell? Mine have a little rust and the regulators are stuffed, plus I need side mirrors as mine have been removed, so seeing if anyone has any as this could be easier then changing/ repairing mine? I'm in the Illawarra but happy to drive for a decent pair of front doors. Thanks
Go inland mate. Prefeably north west, like at least over the mountains. Places like Dubbo etc. Rust free doors on the coast fetch $500+ each. Virgin doors as high as $800 each. Even look for a few whole cars out west and go visit.
i just bought a wb stato for the front rust free doors very hard to find in wa for $900 i sold the lh headlight for $450 and trim for $650 so got my doors 308 air steer mags etc for free its the only way to do it
Yeah I picked up a hz tonner for the v8 parts I needed, doors looked good but sadly by the time I took the paint off the outside I found an unbelievable world of rust!! Given that I still have 2 cars on stands out front I don't think my girlfriend will talk to me if I buy a third. Might need to focus on selling off the tonner so I can buy a fresh car if no other doors turn up. Out of interest where do you guys sell parts from the cars you strip? Just on eBay? Think I saw an add for a statesman in eaglevale being wrecked that went up today, is that yours xx7?
I'm further down the coast from you Matt, but if you can find a decent WB Statesman, I need a front, so I'd be happy to go in with you on the buy so you can get your doors cheaper and I bet we'd end up selling enough bits to get our stuff for free......

no i just use gumtree and mainly to the locals im not interested in packing and posting stuff
