The company that produces the panels for Rare Spares has the rear bar bumperette sections under tooling development. Hopefully samples will be ready for testing late 2013 or early 2014. They may not have the rubber strip.

I remember seeing the option on WB but i've never seen one in the flesh. There were options for painted and chrome ones too in both naked and with a bump strip. I've only ever seen the chrome naked ones.
