Very cool, can't wait 'til you get on the road.
I have one of those roof aerials brand new, but I'm scared to drill a hole in my van to fit it! Does the hole go where the interior mirror mounts? I'm doing a new headliner soon, so now is the time to make the decision so the cable routing is simplified.

Thanks mate, should be on the road in the next couple of weeks. You can get them new off eBay. Was pretty hard to fit because it has to be water tight, but I had to do it because the van already had the hole. It doesn't line up exactly but is fairly close so the wires can be fed through. Will be easier for you though because your linning will be removed.
