Only mods are get a WB Statesman TH350 crossmember and modify it to suit, and drill a hole in the right place in the firewall plus a small one in the passenger's floor, both for the speedo cable. You'll need a HQ-HZ TH400 shifter too.

308 trimatic is much easier again.
