She's just a mechanically and special paint optioned HQ Belmont van. It ain't a Sandman prototype, you can see it by the tunnel and it isn't built in Dandenong. The XX7 prototype was supposedly around at this time but it was a Kingswood ute, 12/72 compliance.
So what's with the Seating Capacity of 2?
Whomever ordered it wanted bucket seats.
Well I bought this beast and got it home. Opened the glove box and found this original card

And found two screw holes, with screws in front of the transmission hole.
