    I'd say this is the right placard for your Van assuming it is an XU3 Sandman. Also be aware that it is also correct for a 14.5cwt WB. So the lid may in fact be from a WB.

    WB glove box lid would have different grain, latch and most likely colour to a 12/ 77 HZ lid

    I think tyre placards are only helpful if the vehicle has been sitting around for 10 plus years, and you can tell its been untouched for all that time..

    I'm talking about the tyre placard in this case. I also didn't see any picture of the face of the glovebox so I have no idea what grain it had.

    That is just a stupid analogy, why 10 years and what decade of the 3+ since built? Let's face it most have been raped and had all kinds of swaps over the years. That's like saying just because it's got a rubber stripped front bar and it been on there for the last 10 years it must be from factory!
