That's easy. Last one advertised here locally almost matched Paul's description to a T. Blue, had windows, 308, manual changed to auto, no GTS wheels, all other parts present. Paint needed minor touch ups on the roof and the rest was perfectly presentable. Car was advertised for $10k and sat on the market for a month. The difference between it and the one listed above was that this one hadn't been sitting idle in a shed for 10 years. It was registered and the new owner flew up and drove it 800k home. The paint was the correct colour too.
I realise it's hard to give a true value without pics but unless the OP is the most understated man in history theres no way it's worth $15,000 from that description.
