$35k driveaway, for the 270kW Falcon version. Imagine one of these with an alloy tray, well hidden from Police scrutiny and can crack off a high 13 to low 14 sec quarter.

And then tweak them up a bit who knows 11or 12 seconds passes are possible

13.4 seconds out of the box stock standard with the right technique (the IRS is a long way from perfect getting power down, whereas a live axle keeps the wheels perpendicular to the road surface) and sedans are well known for flogging diff bushes from people with big right feet... . Ours has been flashed by FPV and has a few brake mods and is quite a bit more "lively" than a stock turbo but will still get down into the high 7s/low 8s lt/100km on the freeway.

There are a couple of tuners around who are getting some good numbers out of stock engines/exhausts and you can pick them up for mid/high 30's if you look around hard enough. I believe one of the reasons Holden had to keep the v8 prices down a bit with the VF?
    Nunc est bibendum...
