Yep put it in there you could get lucky a lot of eng went to gem over the years an reappear in someone's car a friend of mine has a hq Monaro was original 308 I helped pull it out when his dad owned it with the high fuel prices of the 90's sent it to gem for a rebuilt 253 the dealer said I could have the 308 if I could find a 253 but it got sent back before I got one . Not much drama back then but not orig now
As I meant to say ya never know who's orig eng you have sittin around I check when I see another post in " where's my engine"
