PCD is the pitch circle diameter, basically if you draw a circle around the hub on the centre line of the studs, this gives you the PCD. The PCD of the HQ-WB is 5 on (4 3/4) or 4.75 inch which is approx 120.65mm, where the PCD of the Commodore is 5 on 120mm(4.724in). Even though it is only 0.9mm difference, the fact that Holdens carry the weight of the car on the studs and not on the centre on the hub as Fords do, even this small bending strain is enough to break studs when you are travelling along. Listening to that grinding noise of your brake drum/disc running along the ground and watching your wheel disappear into the distance is not fun.
