    That's how it is in England. It means no one can drive a car if they are not insured to drive it. That's the advantage with the Australian system.

    I see.

    NO your missing the point. The CTP should be part of your license. It transfers with you "the person" into any car or bike.
    It shouldn't be locked to any one vehicle only the person driving it.
